Accessibility statement

Planning information should be usable by as many people as possible.

Cruz Casino Entertainment is building this website with keyboard access, readable structure, responsive layouts, visible focus states, reduced-motion support, and clear language in mind.

This statement describes an ongoing accessibility effort. It is not a certification that every page, device, browser, or assistive-technology combination is free of barriers.

Current design practices

  • A skip link allows keyboard users to move directly to the main content.
  • Desktop navigation has a mobile replacement instead of disappearing on smaller screens.
  • Interactive controls are designed with visible keyboard-focus states.
  • Headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, links, and form labels are used to support clearer page structure.
  • Layouts adapt for smaller screens and increased text wrapping.
  • Reduced-motion preferences are respected for supported interface motion.
  • Color is not intended to be the only way important status information is communicated.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is reviewed as pages and features are added. Automated tests help protect some keyboard, navigation, responsive-layout, and reduced-motion expectations, but automated testing does not identify every accessibility barrier.

Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier

Call or text 385-628-7620 and describe the page, information, or task that is difficult to use. Please do not send passwords, payment information, recovery codes, or sensitive medical or identity information in an ordinary text message.

When practical, the same public planning information can be discussed by phone while the website issue is reviewed.

Third-party services

Some future website functions may depend on outside hosting, authentication, payment, mapping, communication, or other providers. Those services may have separate accessibility practices and limitations that require individual review before activation.
